Quality Improvement
We would like to provide you the opportunity to submit the details of a current Quality Improvement Project that you are a part of. By completing this Submission Form, you can explain the background, processes, outcomes, strengths and weaknesses of your quality improvement project. The QI committee will then display this information for easy viewing to the members of the pediatric neurosurgery community.
Objectives:
- To create an open source list of pediatric neurosurgery QI projects
- To provide the pediatric neurosurgery community an opportunity to share their detailed experiences on specific QI projects at their institution
